Accessibility
Everyone should be able to get a quote and manage their service with ease.
Updated October 30, 2026
Many of the people we serve are older residents, and some live with vision, hearing, mobility, or memory challenges. We want coastalvts.com to work well for all of them, and for anyone helping them.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. That means readable text and color contrast, full keyboard navigation, descriptive labels for screen readers, and pages that work when zoomed in.
Accessibility options on this site
Select the Accessibility button in the lower-left corner of any page to:
- Make text larger in two steps.
- Turn on high contrast for stronger text and background colors.
- Underline every link so links are easy to spot.
- Stop motion, which pauses the video and animations.
Your choices are saved in your browser and stay on as you move between pages. Choose Reset to go back to the standard view. Your browser's own zoom, text size, and screen reader settings also work across the site.
What we've built in
- Clear headings and page landmarks for screen readers.
- Text descriptions on meaningful images. Decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields with visible labels and clear error messages.
- The home page video plays without sound, and shows a still image instead when your device is set to reduce motion.
Known limitations
Some third-party tools, such as the bot check on our estimate form, are provided by other companies and may not fully meet our standards. If any part of the site gets in your way, we will help you another way, including taking your estimate details over the phone.

If you have trouble using any part of this site, call us at (910) 317-0220 or use our contact page. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will get back to you and work to fix it.
